¶ What is replacing the Nozzle Wiper
The Nozzle Wiper is a flexible tool mounted on the edge of the waste chute to clean the nozzles before printing.

¶ When to use this guide?
Replace the Nozzle Wiper when it is deformed or cracked.
¶ Tools and materials needed
- nozzle wiper
- H2.0 Allen key
¶ Safety warning and Machine state before starting operation
Power off the printer.
¶ Operation guide
¶ Step 1 - Remove the top glass cover
Power off the printer and remove the top glass cover. Move the tool head out of the chip chute for better access to the Nozzle Wiper.
¶ Step 2 - Remove the old Nozzle Wiper
Remove 1 screw and remove the Nozzle Wiper.
¶ Step 3 - Install the new Nozzle Wiper
Install the new Nozzle Wiper in its place.

¶ Step 4 - Fixed the Nozzle Wiper
Screw in 1 screw and put back the glass cover.

Check that the Nozzle Wiper and screws are properly seated.
