Under the drive of AMS, the filament is delivered to the toolhead through multiple sections of Teflon tubes. During the transportation process, various sensors detect whether the filament passes through. This alarm is triggered when the printer finds that the sensor cannot always detect the filament.
You can try feeding or re-initiating printing to check whether the filament can be delivered to the toolhead. If the filament comes out from the interface, please reconnect the AMS to the buffer, buffer to the printer back, and printer back to the toolhead, ensuring that the Teflon tube is inserted into the pneumatic connector.
If the issue persists after troubleshooting, please submit a customer support ticket.
