HMS_0700-2000-0002-0002: The AMS slot1 is empty.
This error occurs when the AMS starts to feed the filament of one slot, but this slot is empty, and the light of the corresponding slot will turn red with slow breathing.
Each slot of AMS has two sensors to detect the position of the filament, one sensor is at the first-stage feeder and the other is at the filament hub, as shown below:
When AMS detects that both sensors are “OFF”, it considers that the slot is empty.
Below are the possible reasons why this HMS error occurs:
Find the slot with red light and if this slot is empty, please insert the required filament and press “Retry” button on the screen/APP/Slicer to continue.

If this slot already has filament but still shows a red light, the sensor of first-stage feeder may be abnormal.
Please refer to steps 1~3 of this Wiki to disassemble the AMS:Replacing the AMS first stage feeder | Bambu Lab Wiki
and check if the cable of first-stage feeder plugged in tightly:
If the sensor returns to normal, the red light on the slot will change from slow breathing to single flashing, then please press “Retry” button on the screen/APP/Slicer to continue.
if the problem still exist, the sensor may be abnormal due to filament debris, which usually come from filaments that are easy to grind.please use a brush to clean the debris near the sensor.
If the message still shows up, contact the after-sales team.
"The AMS[n] slot[x] is empty.." n=1,2,3,4 corresponding to 4 AMS,x indicates the number of slot.
