The device cannot refresh the QR code or the screen shows a "Time synchronization failed" error once the device fails to synchronize the time. The issue is because the device failed to access the time synchronization service through the network, generally due to poor network conditions.

The following troubleshooting procedures and actions aim to isolate the issue's root cause and guide you to solve it step by step.

Change the hotspot or network router, and then reboot the printer
- Link printer with mobile 2.4G hotpot.
- Or change with another network router.
- Reboot the printer.

NTP server conection test
- Search “CMD” in the Windows start menu for Command Prompt.
- Execute the command, "w32tm /stripchart /computer:Domain name /dataonly /samples:5", the domain name could be anyone in the below list.
Domain name pool.ntp.org 0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org 2.pool.ntp.org 3.pool.ntp.org - Excute command, "w32tm /stripchart /computer:BBLS1102.bambooolab.com /dataonly /samples:5".
- If there is a time synchronization delay output in your screen, the connect test is passed. Otherwise, you will see the errors.
- Take a screenshot of the connection test result.

Modify the DNS server
- As for X1E, X1E Network Connection Guide.
- As for X1C, please prepare a network router and set the DNS server of the router to anyone in the table below. Then, connect your printer to this router.
