This troubleshooting guide is required when the filament gets tangled or trapped in the reusable spool due to the improper operation of replacing the filament.
When encountering this situation, you should unload the filament by operating the printer, remove it from the AMS/external spool holder manually, and release the trapped filament following the operation steps below.

Twist and unlock the spool, and remove the trapped filament with care.
Note: Please handle with caution in this step, and ensure the wide piece is placed on the table, to avoid tangled wires that are difficult to reattach.
Reattach the second half of the spool after confirming filament on the side is not being trapped; press the filament firmly and rotate it to reattach the spool properly.
Inspect and untangle any tangled filament. After confirming no tangled filament has been overlooked, roll up the filament manually. After that, place the filament end back into the spool's fixed hole to prevent further tangling.
