In the event that the heatbed temperature sensor becomes detached from the heatbed, the temperature reading of the heatbed may become abnormal. As a result, the heatbed may continue to heat for a prolonged period in an attempt to reach the set temperature.
This situation poses a significant safety risk, so the printer will automatically stop heating to ensure system safety, accompanied by the displayed error message.
When this error occurs, in order to ensure safety, please immediately stop using the A1printer, turn off the printer's power, and refer to the "A1 Recall Update" to contact the after-sales team for further assistance.
Note: For safety reasons, the printer will log this error and disable the heating function of the heatbed (rebooting will not restore it) until you resolve the error using the following steps:
HMS_0300-0100-0001-000C: The heatbed works at full load for a long time. Temperature control system may be abnormal.
