When the feedback data read by the extrusion force sensor is not updated for a certain period of time, it is considered that the extrusion force sensor may encounter an open circuit or the TH board is abnormal. This issue may cause the printer to fail to start printing.
First, power off the printer, open the back cover of the toolhead, and check whether the screws on the TH board that lock the signal cable of the eddy current coil are loose (as shown below). If they are loose, please tighten the screws and try again. At the same time, it is recommended to use a multimeter to test the continuity. If it is connected, please check the eddy current sensor cable or TH board. If the problem persists, please submit the ticket to contact our customer support team and upload the log file for our further analysis.
