1. Filament Hub | This component is used for connecting all the PTFE tubes to the Toolhead. It also contains the filament sensor. |
2. Toolhead | This component contains multiple parts like the Extruder, Hotend, Part Cooling Fan, Toolhead Board, Extruder Motor. |
3. X-axis Linear Rail | This is the linear rail which provides smooth motion for the Toolhead on the X-axis during printing. |
4. Purge Wiper | This component helps with removing the purged filament before and during printing, to remove the purged material. |
5. Hotend Silicone Sock | This component is attached to the Hotend to keep it clean and hold the temperature stable. |
6. Build Plate | This component is the surface which magnetically attaches to the Heatbed and the model is printed on. |
7. Heatbed | This component moves on the Y-axis during printing holding the Build Plate magnetically attached. It also includes the Nozzle Wipers. |
8. Y-axis Linear Rail | This is the linear rail which provides smooth motion for the Heatbed on the Y-axis during printing. |
9. USB C Cable | |
This component connects the Toolhead to the Mainboard. | |
10. Filament Cutter Lever | This component provides the mechanical cutting force to the Filament Cutting Blade. |
11. Camera | This component allows remote 3D printing monitoring and viewing in Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy. |
12. Z-Axis Linear Rail | This is the linear rail which provides smooth motion for the X-axis on the Z-axis during printing. |
13. Part Cooling Fan | This component cools the printed layer lines to solidify the filament quickly. |
14. Nozzle | This component is melting the filament before the printer lays down the layer lines of the 3D printed model. |
15. Touchscreen | This component allows for touch interaction with the printer, and also displays information and error messages. |
16. AMS Ports | The AMS ports allow for the AMS lite to be connected to the printer and allow multi-color and multi-material printing. |
17. Micro SD Card | This is a memory device that holds the 3D printing files, Timelapse Videos and Log information. |
1. X-axis Motor | This component is used to drive the tool head in the back-and-forth motion along the X-axis |
2. Spool Holder Bracket | This component is used to attach the Spool Holder to the back of the A1 mini. |
3. Nozzle Wiper | This component is used for cleaning the nozzle before starting a print job |
4. Heatbed Cable | This component provides power to the Heatbed and sensor feedback to the Motherboard. |
5. Eddy Sensor | This component is used during calibration of the Heatbed. |
6. Power Switch | This component is used to turn the printer on and off |
7. Toolhead Board | This component is the main circuit board of the toolhead which provides connectivity to the toolhead parts |
8. Extruder Motor | This is the motor attached to the Extruder Unit which provides motion to the Extruder Gear Assembly |
9. X-Axis Belt | |
This component is the transmission component for the X-axis assembly to provide motion in the X direction. | |

11. Y-axis Motor | This component is used to drive the heated bed in the back-and-forth motion along the Y-axis. |

1. Extruder Idler Lever | This component is used for apply pressure against the idler of the extruder to help with extrusion. It is part of the extruder unit. |
2. Filament Sensor | This component is located inside the Filament Hub and detects the movement and presence of filament. |
3. Extruder Unit | This is the component which control the movement of the filament and pushes it through the Hotend. |
4. Hotend Fan | This component is used to cool down both the hotend and heating assembly. |
5. Hotend | This component is melting the filament before the printer lays down the layer lines of the 3D printed model. |
6. USB Cable | This component connects the Toolhead to the Mainboard. |
