The Y belt is worn.
The Y belt is broken.
IMPORTANT!
It's crucial to power off the printer before conducting any maintenance work, including work on the printer's electronics and tool head wires. Performing tasks with the printer on can result in a short circuit, leading to electronic damage and safety hazards.
During maintenance or troubleshooting, you may need to disassemble parts, including the hotend. This exposes wires and electrical components that could short circuit if they contact each other, other metal, or electronic components while the printer is still on. This can result in damage to the printer's electronics and additional issues.
Therefore, it's crucial to turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source before conducting any maintenance. This prevents short circuits or damage to the printer's electronics, ensuring safe and effective maintenance. For any concerns or questions about following this guide, we recommend submitting a technical ticket regarding your issue and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide the assistance you need.

Lay down the printer. Use the H2.0 allen key to remove the 2 screws (marked as 15 and 16). Then, remove the other 14 screws, and then you can remove the bottom cover.
Step 1. Place the printer upright. Use the H2.0 allen key to remove the 2 screws, and then remove the Y-axis rear cover.
Step 2. Use the H2.0 allen key to loosen the screw, and then remove the eddy current coil.
Step 1. Lay down the printer on its back, and then release the torsion spring.
Step 2. Loosen the Y-axis tensioner screw by one turn.
Do not loosen it entirely!
Step 1: Use the H2.0 allen key to remove the 3 screws fixing the holder to the belt installer.
Step 2: Firmly separate the holder and the installer. The image below shows how the two are connected to each other.
Step 3: Push the belt off along the edge of the Y motor.
Step 4: Because the belt is fixed on the holder by glue, you need to tear the belt off.
According to the image below, use instant glue to connect the end of the new belt with less teeth, to the end of the old belt with more teeth. Refer to the image below.
Step 1: Step 1: After the glue is dry, hold the old belt to gently drag it to guide the new belt through the Y-axis tensioner.
Please make sure to gently drag the belt to avoid breaking the connection between the old and new belts.
Step 2: After the new belt is guided through the Y-axis tensioner, separate the new belt from the old belt at the glue location.
Step 1: Apply a small amount of instant glue on the toothed surface of the holder, and then attach the belt to the holder with its teeth facing down. Make sure the two ends of the belt touching each other.
Before gluing, pay attention to the direction of the holder, which must be the same as the installer.
Step 2: Install the holder to the installer. Allign the 3 holes, and fix them together with 3 screws.
Step 1: Fix the torsion spirng in place. Then, place the printer upright, move the heatbed back and forth to check if it can move smoothly.
Step 2: Tighten the Y tensioner screw.
Step 1: Install the eddy current coil. Then, use the H2.0 allen key to tighten the screw.
Step 2: Install the Y-axis rear cover. Then, use the H2.0 allen key to tighten the 2 screws.
Lay the printer down. Tighten the screws marked as 15 and 16 first to make sure the cable slots are alligned. Then, tighten the other screws and make sure to not overtighten them.
Select Vibration Compensation in the calibration menu, and complete the calibration process.
